PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND YOGA:
Physical Education and Health education is a part of our curriculum. Much importance is given for Physical education our school participated in all the Sports and Games competitions held at the District level and State level. Students won the overall Championship in Athletics in Tirupur district this year. Yoga is compulsory for all the students from I to XII. There are Regular periods for games and Mass drill.


NSS :
NSS Programme is very active in our school. We have yearly camps for 10 days to inculcate the spirit of social service. Students go to the villages and help in cleanliness and conducting health education programmers.


EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
All the students are divided into four equal houses on the basis of their cultural talents.Inter-house competitions are conducted during the CCA periods. Talented students are selected out and trained by the professional staff sent for further competitions held in district and State level programmers.


CLUB ACTIVITIES:
Club activities are conducted to provide opportunities for the students to improve the talents in non-scholastic activities. Clubs are conducted for Art and craft, Photography, Karate, Scouting & guiding, Yoga, Music, Eco, Social Service and Classical Dance.


OUR ACHIEVEMENTS:
School has produced 16 president guides till today.

Students won their overall championship and in athletics in Tirupur District this year.

Suresh Kumar of Standard XII, won the second place at the state level Judo championship.

Nearly 450 students participated in the Police-West Zone public sports festival and won the first special price and Trophy.

Siruthuli is an organization conducted in order to save the trees and water. We had participated in Siruthuli exhibition for two days at Coimbatore.

The Sakithya Academy winner in Tamil literature the pioneer of Puthukkavithai Dr. Mu.Metha was honored by the Tamil literary association of the school.

Our student Kumari. Kanagadurga secured 1st rank in French at the State level. Sasikala secured 100 marks in Mathematics and got first rank in State. She also got first place in Science Stream 1138/1200 in the public examination March 2007.
